We requires all of our cats to have current vaccination records and dessexed.

Recommend worming before check in.

All vaccines should be given at least two weeks prior to boarding as this gives the antibodies ample time to establish protection against contagious diseases.

Kittens: 4 months and older must have completed their full series of vaccinations, before being allowed to stay at Paws Hotel.

In addition, the cat must appear healthy, particularly with no signs of upper respiratory illness.

Cats recently rescued from a shelter or foster may require a 3 week waiting period.

The price includes Royal Canin Dry Food, Tofu Litter, Bedding

We feed twice a day with premium dry food and high quality cat litter. You are also welcome to bring your own cat food, litter and toys if you prefer.

If your cats enjoys raw meat diet, please pre-pack the raw meat meals into separate bags and let our staff know your feeding preference, raw meat will be stored in freezer or fridge as required.

We recommand you bring your cats favorite blanket or toys as this will relax and ease cats into their stay.

Medications should be provided by the cat owner in the original container, appropriately labeled with the veterinary information and directions (no expired medications will be accepted)

There is a $5.00 administration fee per day for all medications prescribed by a veterinary doctor.

If cat is on a complicated medication schedule that is life-sustaining, or your cat is known to become upset in an unfamiliar place, please board at your vet – it is far safer for cat to be under their care.

Our staff will check your cat’s health regularly to make sure they are in a good condition. We will contact you immediately if we found your cat is showing sign not being well.

If you are not contactable or if the situation is critical, we’ll decide if your cat need to visit a vet or to the nearest emergency clinic.

All charges for veterinary care & transportation will be your responsibility as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Your cats will only be staying or playing with their friends from same household.
